I am not sure why people are lowering their buyout sp expectations. The worst case scenario for us was that it was not feasible to mine the Schaft Creek deposit. It is profitable. Now we have all of the other land that needs to be drilled and assessed knowing there is,most likely, going to be a mine right next to it.
