Thats right. what all the negative fuzz is about? capex was maintained quite all right. Numbers have been shown as worst possible scenario and guess what, its still bankable! this is the basement , the worst case. these guys can calculate value and offer proper price for it. if retail cant, well shame on them ! IMO we are a HUGE step closer to the buyout. A decently priced buyout.
