Always a slim chance we get the BFS this year, but pretty sure it will be 2013 now Cpac. Tetra Tech offices were pretty quiet this week and lots of folks on holidays - not that it means much, just most people are either on vacation already or going on Monday. Wonder where the BFS is right now anyway? With Wardrop, or Elmer and team for final review? The elusive and near-mythical BFS must make an appearance "soon" somewhere - it's hiding quite well.
