Fact of the matter is that even though they have a lot of skin in the game, they are frozen in too, and have been for a while

...imagine the carnage if any insider even tried to unload a significant number of shares

Theirs, and everyone elses shares would instantly become nearly worthless

For the same reason

Nobody knows why the shares do not trade at a resonable level to our understanding of the asset
