I do not interepret the language as requiring Teck to be the arbiter of the BFS

I believe it reads that in order to trigger Teck to convey the Liard shares and start the clocks for a backin and forming a JV, the BFS need only show that the project is revenue neutral plus $1

I guess it never occurred to me that it would be Teck's verdict on the BFS as to whether or not that bar had been met
