It's been pretty clear that phoning the office provides absolutely no useful info.

Anyone live in Calgary or Vancouver? The Calgary office seems to be where you could catch the directors. Vancouver is just used as a satellite office for Environ App. purposes, and I've never ran into Elmer or Mike there. Tomorrow is the last day for "signatures" since Elmer is supposedly on vacation next week.
