Not to mention that it boggles the mind why Elmer, who should be eyeballs-deep in reviewing the BFS, is yet again taking precious time out of his busy schedule to talk to multiple retail investors about timelines.

Why would CUU keep allowing Elmer to pick up the phone to speak to Joe/Jill shareholder when his number one priority should be taking care of business?

Refer those calls to Mike or Jason! I realize Elmer knows more than anyone else at CUU, but that's why we need him to bear down on double and triple checking the numbers, not reassure nervous and frustrated investors.

Besides, he's really limited in what he can say without getting himself himself and the company in a heap of trouble for disclosure.

I know Rabid Tiger has made the point several times about how a simple NR could have assuaged a lot of uncertainty and I think he's right about that.
