Please explain how you feel Teck can hold up another company's BFS indefinately.

I just dont see it. It is not

Its not like its Teck's BFS. They are on the sidelines watching.

Can Teck hold up the release of CUU's annual financial filings? no. So why should they be able to hold up another document 100% owned by CUU?

Show me in the contract please where they can have control such as you describe.

You wont find it.
