If it's a buy-out, it doesn't really matter.

If it's the bfs, people are still connected even during the holidays. This would have held true 10-15 years ago, but I think today it doesn't matter much. Maybe the holidays are not an issue for Teck and CUU. The share price would still climb to whatever value the market thinks we are worth, but maybe on lower volume.

Anyways, I also tend to think that January 2013 is our new 'looking forward to the bfs soon' timeline.
