I would consider a "massive premium" over 800% from current SP levels. But once again without knowing the inside info on the BFS I could be wrong in either direction. I just dont see this thing going for anything less than the all time high of $2.75 when and if the liquidity event happens...especially with the new RE and land acquisitions. JMO.
