Maybe they did nt drill enough for TECK to confirm the full potential of the SC surroundings....maybe Elmer knows what really is in there and teck wont pay for it ...

That might even be why they stopped drilling, hoping TCK pass on these lands so we get a CUU2, then drill it and make this a double play ... thinkin out loud here...
