Wloke. Stifel has a trackrecord of buying several millions of shares in 2011. Some have been suspecting them of either buying for an important third party or accumulating for a rich client. Some have also speculated they might have sold thru Anon for the past year. As Stifel has just reappeared this week I think it is of some importance to bring it back on the table.
