1. Inmet has producing mines.

2. CUU is purely an exploration company.

3. Teck can own Schaft Creek for 75% for a very cheap price but with certain risks.

4. Schaft Creek's capex is currently unknown because we don't have BFS.

Add all that together, it's too much risks for any big money to come in and buy and push the SP up to your $5.00.
