As much as I hate the delays CUU has given to the BFS, you're mixing a lot of "NR" to what you read on this board.

1. BFS out next week - Nobody at CUU has said this exactly. Vette said in his own opinion based on his educated guess, it will be next week. But he has changed that to now to Dec. 20th.

2. Review takes 3-4 weeks. - Again, CUU did not say how long the review will take. They announced it on the 25th of September that they will undergo peer review. A lot of posters has said reviews can take 7 days to weeks depending on the BFS.

3. Mid to Late summer - It was this past summer. They said BFS will be done by mid to late summer. NOT release BFS in mid to late summer. At the end of summer, they announced peer review. When do you review a written paper? After when you're done.

I understand everyone is fustrated at CUU on why it's taking so long etc.

But everyone needs to seperate what is information directly sourced from CUU and what they are reading on an online forum.
