You still feel confident (99%) that BFS will arrive this week? Also has anyone called management to confirm that EE and DM are blacked out?

I guess you have some catching up to do on some posts. But since you're asking me my opinion, my opinion is we get it before Dec 20th.

I think it's finihed and Teck is looking at it. I think they'll act before or shortly following the release (no 120 days).
