When I spoke to Jason in Calgary back in March, he was blacked out. I am not sure if he has continued to be throughout this time but I believe that is the case.
Again...March was 9 months ago. David bought 2 months ago , thus no blackout in Sept. Current blackout satrted Oct24th or Nov9th.
