I have read this report before. SC is much closer to production than the other mines closer to the Alaskan border which have water issues that relate to them. Plus SC has much fewer issues in relation to their watershed affect on Alaska. And just like the article states, they are short of resources to even evaluate SC properly. All the more reason for SC to wrap up the BFS, buyout/backin, then Teck can deal with the EA.
