IMHO, that is what I think is in the process otherwise by now we would have gotten something even just a NR stating that the BFS is almost done and on its way by (insert date) or we need another delay because the BFS is not finished etc. The fact that Elmer has said nothing and can't say anything because legal told him not to means only one thing imho and that is secret negotiations are happening. So, in my opinion, we are going to get BFS and a buyout come out together. Hopefully very soon.
