Which means he works on things. It also means he reviews things. If he is off "galavanting", IMO it means there is nothing he can do right now on the BFS. IMO it means the ball is in someone elses court. Whos court? Who knows. Take your pick. TT, Teck, Merit, some reviewer, Lawyers (the ones who told him to keep quiet), someone else?

Given what he has said and done in the past, does anyone seriously think that he would not be working on "THE MOST IMPORTANT DOCUMENT IN THE COMPANY'S HISTORY", if there was something that needed his attention?

Elmer busts his @$$. If the BFS needed his input or attention he would be in the office burning the midnight oil and working weekends. He is not, therefore IMO, he has done all he can for now (maybe all he can period). Now we wait. We just don't know who we are waiting for or why. They better have a big fat cheque book though.
