Technically they aren't using our money and are using EE's money as we've never had the chance to inject fresh capital into their coffers.

That said, them going quiet is probably a good sign as it means they're close enough that they can't talk. This is a positive indicator that things are coming to an end, and is actually a better indicator then them saying it's coming to an end. People can say anything, but when they don't say anything it speaks volumes - especially when they don't because they can't.

It's been long enough of a time for reviews that we know either something has been going on behind the scenes or it'll be flawless when it comes out which means there won't be further delays from problems.
