1. We were indirectly told "weeks, not months".

2. November is Teck's 2013 budget season. Not providing them our numbers would be shooting ourselves in the foot.

3. The feasibility is a time sensitive document. Those quotes for equipment and materials all have an expiry date. It would be foolish to release a document with out of date prices.

4. A review longer than 2 months indicates there's bigger problems that they are dealing with.
