They wouldn't have released it if it was done, and they were talking things over with Teck now. I've been speculating that we're likely to get an offer in tandum with the BFS release. The review timeline has just been far too long for there to be much other explanation. I can't imagine problems when we have someone OVERSEEING the project (Jim Gray). So the review process shouldn't be the issue. I remember seeing on the board Elmer said Merit was done their review in a week. Even with Merit's own words of one month for detailed review we should have recieved it 2 weeks ago. I don't see it being because of it being a problem, I see it because they're talking. Legal counsel has advised Elmer to no longer discuss it. That tells me they're done, so why the hold up? If it's not a problem, and it's done - then it almost has to be talks.

Going down on low volume isn't a concern...because it can just as easily go up on low volume. When the price in either direction is met with high volume, I'll pay attention.
