Holidays are one thing to consider. But that's assuming they're still working on the BFS. Frankly - we just don't know why we haven't even recieved it yet. It's been more than a month since it should have been done and under reviews. We should have recieved it. The new "November 21st deadline" is based on an off the cuff "weeks not months" comment. There's no reason we shouldn't have recieved it now, or recieved guidance.
