If it the BFS were to take another month or as some are speculating in Jan 2013 to be released then imho, we would have received a NR explaining another delay. The fact that we have not and Elmer has seen fit to leave town suggest to me that it is coming very soon ( this week or next ). Let's just relax people and wait until next week before we email/call the office in mass for an explanation.
