When you see Don Lindsay (see clip from Teck's 2012 Annual Meeting) you kind of understand why Elmer is taking his time with the BFS. You don't want this guy start picking on your work.
He reminds me of the boy in class - on the first row - with the nice shiny red apple - that does everything the teacher tells him to do.
