I'd ask him " heh boss ... That's all nice but when am I " actually" getting paid???

And the boss says... Be patient. Perfection takes time.

I for one will wait for perfection, so we don't have any oversites.

I don't want to be the next "Pacific Booker" due to Elmer rushing because of what he reads here.

I also think that this is all being held up by Teck. I think when all is said and done, Elmer will apologize to the shareholders for the delays, but will make sure we all understand the delays were due to Teck.
