well David was one of the few that we knew for sure wasnt in a black out for the past 8 months since he bought on the public market. David was a big fan of buying at the dollar mark and since there was no insider buys at around the dollar mark we feel that now David is in the blackout as well. News is coming very soon im 100% positive it will happend by end of next week.
