Because CUU did not need any extra money from him and he's not into ripping CUU off. We even had someone in the office said he is such a gentleman and travels in economic class even tho he's a billionaire. It should cross your mind that the guy actually care about the company and is aware that useless dillution would not be appreciated by shareholders and colleagues.

And why don't CUU need extra money should be our next topic ! :)
