I had spoke to Elmer about this very thing 2 days ago. TOld me that they were just working ( finishing up ) the economics of the BFS,,,,so that won`t take long.

I spoke to him about the Arizona property`s....I told him from what I seen , well....it looked good enough. HE told me the price was right.....I didn`t think that we should have invested too much money or time with the U.S. properties right now?

As we got into the meat of the conversation...I told him. Why did we not buy the " DOK"

I told Elmer , Hell you own it...the DOK property is not very far form COPPER FOX at all. Besides we have airials that just about go onto the propery and the distance between the two is just a stones throw. I furthermore told him...the further north and east we drill from CUU...the more we don`t know....or should I say the more exciting it is.

I told Elmer to me it looks like more copper and gold...with added silver...not as much moly though.We spoke about roads to be built ...IF we were to buy DOK. Then Elmer told me just what I had said about a year ago....They are considering building a Rail Road!!

Yes a rail road, Elmer told me most of the brigdes and tracks are there....just need to be updated. Yes it will take lots of money but in the long term ( and long term is what CUU is all about) ...the R&R will be cost efective down the road.

hehehe Then I asked Elmer again, why did we not buy it. He told me ...I really never considered it, the thought never crossed my mind until now !!

AS we spoke I asked if there might be a possibility if in the near future we might see a addition to CUU2 if there is going to be one......like adding the DOK property to the property that CUU1 has bought up?

HE said hummmm, I guess we`ll just have to see what happenes when the BFS is dropped off in Tecks hands.

The conversation was 40 to 60 minutes, I do know he was very busy,,,,but Elmer kept talking to me....and vise/versa....maybe take a step back and rethink this venture.

I do know....for myself......If Elmer rolled the DOK property into CUU2...that is if Teck does not take us out 100%. I will follow Elmer till the cows come home.

Thier is way more minerails in the ground that have not been proven...would be great to find out what is exactly there or close to it anyway. Might take many years.....but I would think we would have many more eyes on us then,,,watching what goes on.

I do want to get paid out for the 2 years ive waited,,,and many more have waited long than me, yet I am going to keep watching this area....I am too curious of what is really in the ground between CUU and the DOK .
