"Folks should be more concerned with others close by or near the insiders who maybe trading on any tid bit of info out there. They would not be blacked out either but could take advantage of the recent swings IMHO."

The volume does not support any theories of leaks on the BFS. Even people close by or near the insiders, are more than likely fully invested in CUU by now and would not risk it here even if they knew insider information which I doubt very much.
