EE is not blacked out and it does not matter anyways. Why all the discussion about this? EE would have to report as would Dmac or Elmer. Does not affect my DD they are already in at much higher areas then 1.07. EE placement at 1.15 makes my entry safer then yesterday.

Folks should be more concerned with others close by or near the insiders who maybe trading on any tid bit of info out there. They would not be blacked out either but could take advantage of the recent swings IMHO.
