I take it as a positive. Not only is less money required than expected, but less dilution and if they didn't take the full amount - it means they don't need it even for future payment (legal fee's etc.) which may mean we're close to the end. Or even if we do need more money for legal fee's to wrap it up, it should be at a higher price and less dilution.

Speculation: Closed tonight instead of tomorrow morning because BFS will be released tomorrow. Regardless of if it is or not, it should be out in a week or two...and actually out, not "it could be out any moment now" like we've been saying for the last year.
