Hey, JohnnyAug: thanks for your post. The only thing I would add is my understanding is the plan is to sell the company -- not just Schaft. I asked about this twice and was told that it is the most tax efficient away. I guess that would result in a spinco of assets not desired by the other party, possibly AZ lands, etc.
