PP is 1.15. (I think they already received the money, should be annouced soon)

Said they nailed down the Capex. I liked hearing that since they've been saying they are trying to lower it or keep it in the range of 2008.

Unless this is an outright lie and I don't believe it is , this is the only post today that convinced me that the logical approach would be to add which I did .
