I would think that after the reviewers make their reviews with comments, CUU management will sit with TetraTech (and maybe the consultants) to go over their findings and produce a final draft. Much like a book editor sends a book for review (externally), then the author makes final edits and publishes it. It would be nice to know when the reviews are done and when the final draft is being worked on - TetraTech is going to publish/stamp the report so I would think they will take account of the external findings, incorporate what is helpful, and then finalize it. My "guess" is that reviews are well underway ... I would like that confirmed however, and figure we must have a few more weeks to wait at least at the rate we seem to be going. My speculation of course :) And no more buying for me until I see if this goes down even more (still can't believe it)
