I really think we are frozen because of Teck's stonewalling

The gears start to turn on the BFS

They must relinquish their Liard interest to CUU upon release of a positive BFS

2 clocks start, 60 days to form a JV, with CUU in charge

120 days to decide if they want to play and at what level

Even the market will understand the, assuming a neutral plus 1 dollar, BFS causes the uncertainty excuse to evaporate
