Hoping this wraps up this thread...

It's my understanding that only agora can ban anyone who has achieved vice-president status or higher. Correction welcome.

Also, it has come to my notice that there was a 24 hour gap between the violation report and the processing of that report; in other words plenty of time for another HL to step up to the plate, one way or the other. I should have noticed the time difference - my apologies to all concerned.

It's an imperfect system. Anyone, feel free to suggest improvements directly (and privately) to agora.
