tonic, I was going to send you a PM rather than clutter the board but...
My PM would have suggested that you contact agora privately rather post your request on the forum. You asked a reasonable question: why was Your Nadir removed as HL? I don't know, and YourNadir doesn't know either (I PM'd him). What was unreasonable is that, rather than waiting for agora to provide you with an answer (I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for an answer from agora, by the way) you suggested on the main forum that influence from another poster might be the reason. There's the violation right there. Also, I think I can speak for YourNadir when I say that YourNadir is quite capable of looking after his own affairs.
But I'm posting this here because I looked to see who had reported the alleged violation and who had processed it. It was the same Hub Leader in both instances. There's an unwritten rule that says that an HL can report a violation OR process a violation, which means, of course, that there are two different perspectives making the decision to remove or leave a message rather than one. This seems fairer to me and avoids, to a point, the criticism that messages are often removed simply to satisfy an HL's individual bias. HLs, please consider this, although I know most of you don't need to.
Thanks
