It's gonna cost them....they will not get 50 years worth of minerals for 2-3 $ a share. SC is 2 billion NPV. But EE and ES know that all around, after doing their DD, perhaps there is 2,3,5 times the amount. They will not add this to the deal for free. Vette was saying, it's only 2% of the land that has been worked on.
