I've proposed this to the board before. What really matters is how many people from Merit are actually working on the review process. It seems unlikely for a leak to happen from CUU's side, which leads to how many people from TT and Merit have access to the information. It seems unlikely for it to be from TT as it hasn't happened already, and Merit has had it for a enough time for a leak to happen if it would happen at all. I wouldn't expect one at this point. Might be too easily traceable if they have under a dozen people reviewing it.
