Don't know what is wrong but somehow I am not able to access the original agreement via this link. JonnyAugust, where does it state that there has to be an internal and external review of the BFS?? Since you said you had a copy of the agreement perhaps you can copy and paste here. Please clarify for the board. Thank you.
