Good stuff Prospekt.

I would add that the Agreement specifies that the FS needs to be "in sufficient detail that the report could reasonably serve as the basis for a decision by an independent commercial financial institution to finance the development of the Property for commercial production" Section 5.5.

The peer reviews will be all that much more reason for any bank to finance the mine.

The ability for TCK to make a production decision is written in the last paragraph of Section 8.3 of the Agreement
