Their 75% back in becomes effective after they have earned it I thought

The JV by contract is within 60 days from BFS as we discussed before

Absent some other transaction, CUU (or assign) is the designated controlling party in the JV

This would be untenable as the junior interest JV partner would be overseeing the multi-billion dollar Teck capitol outlay to build the mine...to earn the 75%

That is a fatal gotcha

So Teck must be processing exactly what position they need to take with this

Which I think is a whole lot more than they originally planned on one hand and unacceptable on the other

I can see support for an asking price in this
