Merit Consultants were directly involved with the Company in certain contractor selection services while also providing the capital cost estimation for the January 2012 Feasibility Study, providing Mr. Collins with a very good knowledge of the Pumpkin Hollow Project and its development options.
He was previously employed by Teck:
Prior to rejoining Merit in the late 90's Mr. Collins was employed in senior project development capacities with Fluor, SNC and Teck
We are in the Development stage of talks now. The BFS must be complete, and now Teck and CUU are combing through the BFS setting up the construction costs. Jay and his crew are here to make sure the BFS is bulletproof for any final negotiated sale price. If Merit gives the thumbs up Teck can go back to their shareholders with a justification of a potential buyout and consequently production with partners who will have an independant seal of approval for the project going forward. IMHO.
