If that is the case, CUU should be doing everything it can to increase the current share price.

If Tech makes an offer now, it would probably be in the $1.50's. If CUU releases more of the information they obviously have on hand, then the share price would increase which would directly affect the buyout price. Unless, there are different back door or under the table things going on between Tech and CUU kind of buying CUU's silence for now maybe?

There are a million possibilities but right now it's all "what-ifs" and shoud of, could of, would of.....
