From Copper fox's website : The option agreement has a time-limited back-in right exercisable by Teck Cominco within up to 120 days of the delivery of the positive feasibility study.

Does the clock start ticking when the bfs is delivered to CUU or when CUU delivers the bfs to teck? Or they will get it at the same time?
