I was one of the "Instigators"....we had about 80 (incl. significant others) interested on the Off Topic Forum, when I went to the UK on Vacation in June.

Not enough interest at the Time to get special event privilages on Venues, Rooms, Outings etc. Could be better subscribed with a defined Plan & Agenda and the End-Game a Reality...
