Bottom line is, when they first annouced a delay they said midlle to late summer. You can't just try and sneak a new date past everyone without getting some kind of backlash. If its delayed until the end of September that's fine with me, but be honest about it and don't try to sneak a new deadline by us without a proper explanation. This is not the right way to treat shareholders. A little honesty goes a long way towards credibility.
