Jason - I know you read Agoracom. If in fact the MIRA report is not mind blowing, then CUU owes its shareholders an explanation as to why we never saw the aerial survey results in the early summer and why we have been constantly appeased with the thought that the MIRA was going to more fully present and interpret the District. If the news is ho-hum, then why the delays? To keep shareholders in the game rather than make their own investment decisions based on full disclosure?
