Hey JayJ! Sorry that was a post not aimed at yours, I will be careful which one I hit "Reply" to in the future.

I think I had read too many posts in the last 48hrs about people dishing out against the wisdom of AZ. I felt that it was those types of posts that are exasperating mgmt because things get built up as "real big" issues and "What was management thingking!?" when a simple call would put that all to rest.
